Travel requirements

Before traveling to Bali there are some important travel requirements to keep in mind.
  • Ensure that your passport is valid for at least six months beyond your planned stay.
  • Check the visa requirements for your nationality, as some visitors may need to obtain a visa in advance or upon arrival (fees apply).
  • It is recommended to have comprehensive travel insurance that covers medical expenses, trip cancellation, and any other unforeseen circumstances.
  • Stay updated on any health and safety advisories and consider necessary vaccinations or medications.

Registration

Your conference registration includes the following:
  • Complimentary return transfers from Bali International Airport to the Ayana Hotel.
  • Complimentary hotel accommodation for approved nights (refer to invitation email or speak to your respective Channel Account Managers).
  • Complimentary meals and entertainment during the conference.

IMPORTANT: You are responsible for booking and paying for your own flights. We kindly ask you to book your flights prior to registration, as we require your flight information to facilitate transfer arrangements.
